For coastal high-salt fog and northern severe cold scenarios, steel components undergo a three-layer anti-corrosion treatment of "sandblasting and rust removal + epoxy zinc-rich primer + fluorocarbon topcoat" (coating thickness ≥ 80μm), improving weather resistance by 50% and avoiding safety hazards caused by rust and corrosion.
3. Dual protection against fire and water, reducing the risk of production accidents
Standard thin-type fireproof coating (fire resistance limit ≥ 1.5h) is provided, meeting the fire protection standards for Class C and above industrial buildings. The roof is designed with "color steel sandwich panels + self-adhesive waterproof membrane + U-shaped gutter", and the wall joints are filled with weather-resistant sealant. It has passed a 24-hour water leakage test without leakage, avoiding equipment damage and power failure due to water leakage.
