From April 2019 to October 2019, our company designed, produced and installed a large multi-story steel structure workshop for Qingzhou Luguan Agricultural Film Co., Ltd. in Shandong Province. The workshop has a load-bearing capacity of 21 tons. In order to meet the customer's requirements for the width and height of agricultural film production, our company's technical team designed the workshop height to 54 meters according to customer requirements, which perfectly met customer needs. After the completion of the project, Luguan Agricultural Film's wide-width agricultural film production line was successfully moved in. The 54-meter workshop height perfectly adapts to the vertical space requirements for raw material hoisting and finished product winding. The 21-ton load-bearing capacity ensures the synchronous operation of multiple heavy equipment. After the workshop was put into production, the production efficiency increased by more than 30% compared with the original factory building. During the acceptance, the customer highly recognized the project quality, design adaptability and delivery efficiency.
