Recently, in response to the customer's demand for a custom space capsule house, we completed the full-process service from scheme design to production and shipment. After receiving the product, conducting acceptance inspection and trial use, the customer gave high praise. Centered on the customer's personalized needs, this project successfully delivered the space capsule house product that met expectations by virtue of the rapid response of the design department and the efficient performance of the production workshop. It not only demonstrated our professional strength in the modular construction field but also laid a solid foundation for long-term cooperation between both parties.
In the early stage of the project, the customer clearly put forward the core requirements for the space capsule house: it should not only meet the Internet-famous check-in attribute of the cultural tourism scene, with functions such as full-view viewing and intelligent control, but also take into account living comfort, environmental protection and safety. At the same time, it was required to be delivered as soon as possible to catch the peak tourist season for use. To accurately grasp the key points of the demand, our project docking team conducted multiple rounds of in-depth communication with the customer, carefully recording the customer's specific requirements on the appearance design, internal layout, material selection, functional configuration and other aspects of the space capsule. In addition, combined with the cultural tourism operation scene, we supplemented potential demand suggestions for the customer such as sound insulation, heat insulation, waterproofing and anti-corrosion, forming a complete demand list.
To work out a demand-oriented scheme in the shortest possible time, the design department quickly set up a special task force, focusing on the product characteristics of the space capsule house to promote the design work. Combining the aesthetic needs of the cultural tourism scene, the team members determined the streamlined appearance design scheme, matched with panoramic Low-E glass to enhance the viewing experience; in terms of internal layout, optimized the space ratio of the bedroom, leisure area and bathroom to balance practicality and comfort; in terms of functional configuration, integrated intelligent lighting, temperature control, curtain and other systems to meet the needs of modern accommodation and travel. During the design process, the team worked overtime to complete the drawing and scheme deduction, synchronizing the design progress with the customer for many times. In response to the customer's opinions such as appearance color adjustment and internal furniture layout optimization, the scheme was quickly iterated and upgraded. Finally, the complete set of design schemes, including appearance renderings, internal layout drawings and functional parameter tables, was completed in only 7 working days. Due to the accurate demand matching and comprehensive detailed consideration, the scheme was confirmed by the customer in one go.
After the scheme was confirmed, the production workshop immediately launched the production of the space capsule house. The workshop pre-allocated core raw materials such as high-strength galvanized steel and environmentally friendly thermal insulation panels, decomposed the production processes according to the design drawings, and clarified the time nodes and quality standards of each link. During the production process, strict control was exercised over key processes such as the welding precision of the steel structure and the sealing performance of the plate installation, with special personnel assigned for full-process inspection; for the pre-installation link of the intelligent system of the space capsule, joint debugging was carried out with the technical department to ensure the stable operation of the equipment. To speed up the production progress, the workshop adopted a multi-team collaborative operation mode, efficiently promoting the construction of the main structure, the installation of the enclosure system and other work on the premise of ensuring quality.
After the completion of production, the workshop immediately carried out internal assembly work. The assembly team accurately completed the full-process operations such as wall splicing, floor laying, furniture installation and intelligent equipment debugging, and conducted comprehensive inspections on the waterproofing, sound insulation, circuit and other aspects of the space capsule to ensure that all performance indicators met the standards. After the assembly and acceptance were qualified, the logistics department deployed special transport vehicles according to the size and weight of the space capsule, adopted customized fixing devices to prevent displacement and damage during transportation, and arranged special personnel to follow up the transportation progress throughout the process. Finally, the space capsule house was successfully delivered to the project site 3 days ahead of the customer's required delivery deadline.
During the on-site acceptance, the customer highly recognized the appearance design, internal layout, intelligent functions and other aspects of the space capsule. After the trial use, the customer feedback: "The space capsule house fully meets our cultural tourism operation needs. The full-view viewing effect exceeds expectations, the intelligent system is easy to operate, and the delivery speed is far beyond expectations, which has won time for us to seize the peak tourist season. Your professional strength and efficient service are worthy of trust." The successful completion of this project has further accumulated experience in the customized service of space capsule houses. In the future, we will continue to optimize product design and service processes to provide more customers with high-quality modular construction solutions.
