High Efficiency Overhead Crane

The overhead crane runs longitudinally along the tracks laid on the elevated platforms on both sides, and the hoisting trolley runs horizontally along the tracks laid on the bridge, forming a rectangular working range, so that the space under the bridge can be fully utilized to lift materials without being hindered by ground equipment. It is the most widely used and largest type of lifting machinery. This type of crane is widely used in indoor and outdoor warehouses, factories, docks and open-air storage yards.

The overhead cranes are generally composed of a bridge (also known as a trolley). Lifting mechanism, trolley, trolley travel mechanism, control room, trolley conductive device (auxiliary slide wire), crane total power conductive device (main slide wire) and other parts.

The bridge is the basic component of the bridge crane, which consists of the main beam, end beam, walkway and other parts. The main beam spans above the span, and has box-shaped, truss, web plate, round tube and other structural forms. The end beams are connected to both ends of the main beam, and walkways are installed on the outside of the two main beams, with safety railings. The platform on one side of the cab is equipped with a trolley moving mechanism, and the platform on the other side is equipped with a device that supplies power to the trolley electrical equipment, namely the auxiliary slide wire. A guide rail is laid above the main beam for the trolley to move. The entire bridge crane moves on the guide rail along the length of the workshop under the drag of the trolley moving mechanism.
