Double Girder Electromech Cranes

Double girder electric crane , also known as double girder bridge crane or double girder crane, is the kind of overhead crane specially engineered with stronger double girder to lift and transport cargos across large areas.
Double girder electric crane is composed of box type welded main girders, double rail lifting trolley with Electric Open Winch, crane traveling mechanism and electrical system, etc.

(1)Overload protection: If the material is over the capacity, the crane will give a sharp warning for protection itself.
(2)Emergency brake: If the operation staff encounter some emergency situation, we could start the emergency brake System to protection the related treasure.
(3)Control Method: Room control or remote control to avoid any injure to the operation staff
(4)Main lifting motor: With thermal protection and currency protection.
(5)Corrosion resistance material: Polyurethane
(6)Over pressure protection: If the goods is over the pressure. The machine will send a sharp warning for protection itself.
(7)Surface treatment: Sand blasting, spraying process of two primer, one intermediate paint, two layer of finish paint.
