In March 2025, leveraging its years of experience in integrated design, production, and installation services in the steel structure field, Dongsheng Heavy Industry successfully completed the entire construction of a 10,000-square-meter horizontal steel structure workshop in just two months, demonstrating industry-leading project efficiency. From initial planning to final delivery, the project was guided by the client's core industrial production needs. This steel structure workshop showcases the dual advantages of professional design and precise implementation in its core parameters and configuration: the workshop's overall height reaches 14.5 meters, and its 60-meter span design breaks the layout limitations of traditional industrial spaces, flexibly adapting to the placement of large production equipment and efficient operational processes; the accompanying 20-ton double-beam crane possesses strong load-bearing capacity and stable operating performance, easily meeting the lifting and transfer needs of heavy materials and significantly improving production efficiency. For the building envelope, high-quality polyurethane-sealed rock wool panels were used for the workshop roof and walls. This material not only possesses excellent thermal insulation, fire resistance, and sound insulation properties, but also effectively resists harsh weather and industrial environmental erosion, creating a constant temperature, comfortable, and safe production environment inside the workshop. The project also maintained strict control over structural safety and material standards: the total weight of the workshop's main steel components reached 380 tons, with purlins weighing 91 tons, and a steel content of approximately 47.1 kg per square meter. This robust structural design and sufficient steel usage ensured the workshop's stability and comprehensive performance in terms of wind load and earthquake resistance during long-term use.
From the project's inception, Dongsheng Heavy Industry assembled a dedicated technical team to oversee the entire process: During the design phase, the engineering team thoroughly studied the client's production processes and capacity requirements, combining site topography, geological conditions, and industry standards. They optimized solutions using advanced technologies such as 3D modeling and mechanical simulation, maximizing space utilization and production flow rationality while ensuring structural safety. During the production phase, leveraging the company's own intelligent production base, high-precision CNC cutting, welding, and assembly equipment were used to process and manufacture each steel component to millimeter-level precision. A rigorous quality inspection process was implemented throughout to ensure that every product met design requirements and industry standards. During the installation phase, an experienced construction team developed a scientific and meticulous construction plan, rationally allocated manpower and equipment resources, and strictly adhered to construction specifications and safety standards. While ensuring project quality and construction safety, they efficiently advanced the installation schedule, ultimately achieving the delivery target ahead of schedule. It's worth noting that from the design and fabrication of the steel frame and the customized production of wall and roof panels, to on-site installation and subsequent commissioning and acceptance, the entire process was completed independently by Dongsheng Heavy Industry.
