Custom-made Sewage Treatment Equipment Frame For Subway Stations Was Successfully Packaged And Shipped.

Recently, the custom-designed wastewater treatment equipment frame for the subway system, exclusively customized for the client, has completed all production and acceptance procedures, and has been successfully packaged and shipped. As the core load-bearing structure of the subway wastewater treatment system, this frame directly determines the overall stability and installation compatibility of the equipment. Subway stations have compact spatial layouts, and the wastewater treatment equipment needs to bear the weight of various precision components and water bodies for extended periods, placing extremely high demands on the structural strength, corrosion resistance, dimensional accuracy, and spatial adaptability of the equipment frame. The customized equipment frame is made of high-strength carbon steel, processed through multiple precision processes including CNC cutting, precision welding, shot blasting, and electrostatic spraying. It not only possesses excellent load-bearing capacity and deformation resistance but also exhibits good corrosion resistance and moisture resistance, making it suitable for the humid and enclosed environment of subway stations. Furthermore, the frame strictly adheres to a modular design concept, reserving precise equipment installation interfaces and pipeline routing channels. This facilitates the rapid assembly of various subsequent wastewater treatment components and provides ample space for future equipment maintenance and repair. Throughout the production process, the quality control team closely monitored the entire process, conducting multiple rounds of rigorous acceptance checks, including dimensional accuracy testing, load-bearing capacity testing, and corrosion resistance testing, to ensure that every indicator met the client's customization requirements and industry standards.

To ensure the integrity of the equipment frame during long-distance transportation, the project team developed a specialized packaging protection plan. For critical areas such as the frame's corners and interfaces, custom-made shockproof corner protectors and thickened waterproof felt were used for multi-layer wrapping to prevent damage from bumps and knocks during transport. The main structure was securely fixed to a wooden pallet with high-strength steel wire ropes, effectively preventing displacement and deformation caused by transportation bumps. Meanwhile, the packaging clearly labels the product model, specifications, transportation precautions, and destination information, and includes a complete acceptance report, installation drawings, and other technical documents, providing clear guidance for subsequent on-site installation.

Currently, the transport vehicle carrying the customized equipment frame has successfully departed. Subsequently, the company will simultaneously arrange a professional technical team to the project site to assist the client throughout the unloading, positioning, and securing of the frame, as well as the subsequent assembly and connection of equipment components, providing comprehensive technical support and guidance.
