How to control the quality of product?
1. Precise design verification: Calculate loads (dead load, wind load, etc.) in accordance with standards, verify the internal forces of members and the bearing capacity of nodes using professional software, and select matching steel materials (such as Q355B) to ensure structural safety under load.
2. Strict material control: Check the steel material certificates and quality certificates, conduct random tests on mechanical properties, and ensure that auxiliary materials (such as bolts and welding rods) match the main materials. Unqualified materials are strictly prohibited from entering the site.
3. Factory precision processing: Use CNC equipment for cutting and hole-making, control the precision (such as the length deviation of members ≤ ±3mm), follow the welding process, conduct 100% non-destructive testing on critical welds, and ensure rust removal and anti-corrosion meet standards.
4. Standardized on-site installation: First measure the reference points, install in sequence (such as from the middle to both ends), adjust the verticality and elevation after temporary fixation, ensure the final tightening torque of bolts meets standards, and conduct secondary non-destructive testing after welding.
5. Comprehensive acceptance inspection: Inspect the processing and installation quality at each stage, conduct an overall load test before completion, check welds, bolts, anti-corrosion, etc., and keep complete records to ensure full control throughout the process.
