In May 2024, our company participated in an international exhibition held in Guangzhou, which was an excellent opportunity to showcase our company's strength and products. At the exhibition, we had the honor of meeting a customer from Tanzania. After in-depth communication and discussion, the customer highly recognized our product quality and technical capabilities.
In September, the Tanzanian customer made a special trip to our factory for a field visit. They inspected our production process, quality control system and past successful cases in detail. The customer was impressed by our professionalism and production capacity, and finally signed a contract with us after the visit and ordered a set of steel structure platform equipment.
At the end of October, we completed the production task of the steel structure platform efficiently in accordance with the contract requirements. During the production process, we strictly control every link to ensure that the product quality meets the highest standards. In order to ensure that the products received by the customer can be installed smoothly, we pre-assembled them in the workshop, and only after confirming that all parts are correct, the products were packaged and shipped to Tanzania.
After the product arrived in Tanzania, we assisted the customer in completing the platform construction work locally through online technical guidance. Our technical team provided full support to our customers through video calls, real-time communication tools and detailed installation manuals. We maintained close communication with our customers throughout the construction process, promptly resolved various issues they encountered, and ensured the smooth installation of the platform.
