Custom Space Capsule House: Full-Service Process from Inquiry to Satisfaction
In November 2025, we received a custom inquiry from a client requesting a space capsule house with dimensions of 11.5m × 7.6m × 3m, covering a total area of 88 square meters. The internal functional layout had clear requirements: 2 separate bedrooms, 1 fully equipped bathroom, and an integrated open space combining a kitchen, dining area, and living room. Behind this detailed demand was the client's expectation for a high-quality residential lifestyle, so we immediately classified it as a key follow-up project and activated our rapid response mechanism.
Within two hours of receiving the inquiry, the sales team took the lead in organizing a special seminar with core members of the technical department. During the meeting, the team conducted multi-dimensional analyses around the core requirements: structural engineers focused on calculating the building's load-bearing capacity, wind resistance, and seismic performance to ensure the 11.5-meter length maintained structural stability during transportation and installation; space designers, facing the limited 88-square-meter area, explored ways to maximize space utilization and optimize traffic flow while meeting the "two bedrooms, one bathroom + open public area" requirement. Key issues such as "balancing bedroom lighting and privacy" and "functional zoning of the open area" were thoroughly discussed, and a preliminary design direction centered on "comfort, practicality, and smooth traffic flow" was agreed upon.
Leveraging our mature technical reserves, the design team completed the 3D model drawing the day after the seminar. The model not only accurately restored the house's exterior shape but also featured meticulous internal layout details: the two bedrooms were positioned at opposite ends to ensure privacy, with the master bedroom equipped with built-in wardrobes and viewing windows, and the second bedroom reserved for flexible storage space; the bathroom adopted a dry-wet separation design, integrating shower, washing, and toilet functions; the open area was centered around the kitchen, with the countertop extending to the dining area to form an integrated bar, and the living room was fitted with full-length floor-to-ceiling glass for seamless connection with the outdoor environment.
Upon receiving the 3D model, the client promptly responded with high praise and proposed several detailed adjustments, including replacing the kitchen countertop material with quartz stone and adding hidden projection equipment interfaces in the living room. We immediately established a dedicated liaison team to implement the adjustments one by one, successively providing 3 revised versions of the configuration list and renderings. From recommending home appliance brands to sending wall color samples, every communication was aimed at accurately aligning with the client's needs. After multiple rounds of careful confirmation, the final plan fully met the client's expectations, laying a solid foundation for subsequent production and manufacturing while winning the client's trust and recognition through professionalism and efficiency.
