The production process, main processing equipment, and structural design of the steel structure workshop.

1. Production Process:
Generally, it includes processes such as incoming material inspection, cutting, straightening, drilling, assembly, welding, straightening, sandblasting and derusting, final assembly, welding, and painting. Each process must be inspected and approved by the Quality and Safety Department to ensure product quality.
2. Main Equipment:
Commonly used equipment includes multi-head flame cutting machines, automatic assembly machines, automatic submerged arc welding machines, straightening machines, shot blasting machines, trimming machines, magnetic drills, radial drills, CO₂ gas shielded welders, AC and DC welders, ultrasonic flaw detectors, and automatic paint sprayers.
3. Structural Design:
The structural system and layout of the steel structure workshop must comply with relevant regulations. For example, the transverse lateral force-resisting structural system can adopt articulated frames, rigid frames, and portal frames. The longitudinal lateral force-resisting structural system may determine whether to include inter-column bracing, depending on whether a bridge crane is installed and seismic requirements. Steel columns can be of uniform cross-section, stepped or separated type. Their cross-sections include solid and lattice types, and the selection should be based on factors such as column height and load.
