The construction process of a steel structure factory building.

The construction process of a steel structure factory building:
1. Design Phase: Based on production requirements (such as equipment size, crane capacity, and building height), a professional design institute will produce structural design drawings (including load calculations, seismic ratings, and corrosion and fire protection standards).
2. Component Prefabrication: The steel mill or component manufacturer will fabricate steel columns, beams, and other components (cutting, welding, and drilling) according to the design drawings, and perform rust removal, corrosion prevention, and fire protection pretreatment.
3. On-site Construction: First, the foundation is constructed (e.g., pouring an independent foundation). After foundation curing is complete, the steel columns and beams are hoisted and secured. Purlins and sheathing (roof and wall panels) are then installed. Finally, doors, windows, fire protection, ventilation, and other auxiliary systems are installed.
4. Acceptance and Delivery: After construction is completed, the building must pass third-party inspections (such as steel structure weld inspection and load testing) and fire inspections before it can be put into use.
